摘要：[目的]研究小儿增食灵合剂对小儿厌食症幼龄大鼠促胃液素(Gas)水平的影响。[方法]50只SD大鼠随机分为5组,每组10只。采用病因模拟法建立小儿厌食症动物模型,分别检测幼鼠下丘脑、血浆和胃黏膜中Gas水平。[结果]治疗组可明显增加小儿厌食症幼龄大鼠食欲,提高下丘脑、血浆和胃黏膜Gas水平(P<0.05,<0.01)。小儿增食灵合剂大、小剂量组间及与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。[结论]小儿增食灵合剂能明显增加小儿厌食症幼龄大鼠的食欲,促进Gas分泌。
[Objective]To study the effect of Xiao’erzengshiling mixture（XM）on gastrin（Gas）contents in young rats with infantile anorexia.[Methods]The method of etiology simulation was used to set up animal model of infantile anorexia.Gas contents in hypothalamus,plasma and gastric mucus membrane were measured respectively.[Results]Treatment groups showed significantly induced appetite,increased Gas contents in hypothalamus,plasma and gastric mucus membrane（P0.05,0.01）.There were no significant difference among low-dose,high-dose XM group and treatment control group（all P0.05）.[Conclusion]XM could be an effective therapy for infantile anorexia by inducing appetite and Gas secretion.
