摘要:预处理是有效利用作物秸秆的重要环节。探讨了酸碱处理、冷冻、高温高压等物理化学方法处理对小麦秸秆的影响。结果表明,经稀硫酸在121℃高温蒸煮小麦秸秆60 min后,溶液中还原糖含量显著提高,秸秆降解率可达20.6%。
Pretreatment is an indispensable procedure for the effective utilization of wheat straw. In this paper, the effects of the physical & the chemical treatment including acid-alkali treatment, freezing treatment and high-temperature & high-pressure treatment etc. on wheat straw were investigated. The results showed that after 60 min steaming & cooking of wheat straw in dilute sulfuric acid at 121℃, thecontent of reducing sugar in the solution increased evidently and the degradation rate of wheat straw could reach 20.6 %.
