摘要：目的:探讨治疗性内镜逆行胰胆管造影术在高龄患者中的临床效果,并评价其安全性。方法:选取我院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的208例治疗性内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)患者为研究对象,按照患者年龄大小分为高龄组(n=70)和低龄组(n=138),探讨两组患者的临床治疗效果和安全性。结果:治疗后低龄组较高龄组患者SAS和SDS评分显著下降(t=2.665,2.460;P<0.05),低龄组较高龄组患者炎症因子水平显著下降(t=2.441,2.158,2.065;P<0.05),高龄组患者住院时间较低龄组长(t=6.353,P<0.05),高龄组住院费用较低龄组花费高(t=10.265,P<0.05),临床疗效(99.27%VS 97.14%)和并发症发生率(2.16%VS 2.86%)比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.123,0.092;P>0.05)。结论:治疗性内镜逆行胰胆管造影术对高龄胰胆系统疾病患者临床效果显著,安全性较好。
Objective To risk assessment and clinical efficacy of elderly patients with biliary pancreatic disease treated with therapeutic ERCP.Methods From Jun.2017 to Jun.2019,208 cases of treated with therapeutic endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)were divided into senior group(n=70)and young group(n=138),the clinical efficacy and security were analyzed.Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of young group were significantly decreased(t=2.665,2.460,P<0.05).The level of inflammatory cytokines of young group were significantly decreased(t=2.441,2.158,2.065,P<0.05).The hospital stays of senior group were longer(t=6.353,P<0.05)and more expensive(t=10.265,P<0.05).The effect(99.27%VS 97.14%)and complication rate(2.16%VS 2.86%)of comparison of two groups had no significant difference(χ^2=3.123,0.092,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of elderly patients with therapeutic ERCP is better and the safety is good.
