摘要:类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以持续性滑膜炎症和骨质流失导致关节骨侵蚀和畸形为特征的破坏性自身免疫性疾病,RA骨破坏是一种典型的骨代谢紊乱性疾病。近年长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)对骨代谢的影响及相关性研究备受关注。lncRNA是一类长度超过200 nt的转录产物,具有较长核苷酸链,可通过影响破骨细胞(OC)分化和成熟调节软骨、成骨分化和骨基质矿化,参与骨形成和骨吸收过程,从而调节骨代谢,维持骨稳态。因此,lncRNA有望成为RA骨破坏的生物标志物,为临床治疗提供新思路、新策略。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)was a destructive autoimmune disease characterized by persistent synovitis and bone loss leading to erosion and deformity of articular bone.RA bone destruction was a typical disorder of bone metabolism.In recent years,effects of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)on bone metabolism and its correlation had attracted more and more attention.lncRNA was a kind of transcription product with a length of more than 200 nt and a long nucleotide chain,which could regulate bone metabolism and maintain bone homeostasis by regulating differentiation and maturation of osteoclasts(OC),regulating cartilage,osteogenic differ-entiation and mineralization of bone matrix,and participating in process of bone formation and bone resorption.Therefore,lncRNA was expected to become a new target for treatment of RA and provide new ideas and strategies for clinical treatment.
