摘要：目的:观察头穴透刺对缺血性中风患者病平衡功能的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的68例缺血性中风病患者随机分为试验组和对照组各34例。对照组取偏瘫侧经穴行传统针刺治疗,试验组取双侧MS6、MS7行透穴治疗,1次/d,共3周。采用Berg量表和Barthel指数(BI)评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后2组Berg评分均较治疗前明显增高[试验组:16.24±11.52 vs.33.61±14.10(P<0.01);对照组:16.59±11.87 vs.26.32±15.20(P<0.01)],但试验组明显高于对照组[33.61±14.10 vs.26.32±15.20(P<0.05)];治疗后2组BI均较治疗前显著增高[试验组:32.27±15.37 vs.62.88±22.43(P<0.01);对照组:30.15±13.68 vs.51.62±22.35(P<0.01)],而试验组显著高于对照组[62.88±22.43 vs.51.62±22.35(P<0.05)]。结论:中风早期头穴透刺在促进缺血性中风病患者平衡功能恢复方面优于传统体针。
This trial was to observe the effect of scalp acupuncture on equilibrium function of patients with ischemic stroke. 68 patients with ischemic stroke were allocated randomly trial group （N=34） and control group （N=34） . The control group was treated with traditional body acupuncture on meridian acupoints on hemiplegia side, while the trail group was treated with scalp acupuncture on hibateral MS6 and MST, once a day, in all three weeks. We employed Berg rating scale and Barthel index （BI） to evaluate treatment effectiveness. The results showed that Berg scores and BI of post-treatment in two groups were apparently increased compared with pre-treatment [Berg scores： trail： 16.24±11.52 vs. 33.61±14.10 （P〈0.01） ; control： 16.59±11.87 vs.26.32±15.20（P〈0.01 } . BI： trial： 32.27± 15.37 vs. 62.88±22.43 （P〈0.01） ; control： 30.15±13.68 vs. 51.62±22.35 （P〈0.01 ） ], but Berg score and BI in trial group were higher than that of control group [Berg score：33.61±14.10 vs.26.32±15.20（P〈0.05J ; BI： 62.88±22.43 vs. 51.62±22.35 （P〈0.05） ]. The results suggested scalp acupuncture had an advantage over the traditional body acupuncture to promote recuperation of equilibrium function in nonage of ischemie stroke.
