摘要：目的探讨Ezrin和IL-6在宫颈病变中的表达及其与癌浸润转移的关系,以及两者之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测了40例宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌、38例CIN3、28例CIN1-2和15例正常宫颈组织中Ezrin和IL-6的表达。结果Ezrin和IL-6在宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌中的表达高于正常对照组及CIN1-2组(P<0.05);Ezrin和IL-6在宫颈浸润癌中的表达,与宫颈癌的临床分期和病理分级无关,但均与淋巴结转移有关;宫颈浸润癌中Ezrin和IL-6表达呈正相关r_s=0.794,P<0.05)。结论Ezrin和IL-6在宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌中的高表达与宫颈癌的侵袭性行为有关,可作为判断早期宫颈癌预后的指标;Ezrin和IL-6在宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌的发病中有协同作用。
Objective To study the expressions of Ezrin and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with invasion and metastasis. Methods The expressions of Ezrin and IL-6 in 40 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma, 38 cases of CIN3, 28 cases of CIN1- 2, 15 cases of normal cervical epithelium were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expressions of Ezrin and IL-6 were significantly higher in invasive carcinoma when compared with normal controls and CIN1-2 （P 〈0.05）. The expressions of Ezrin and IL-6 were not associated with clinical stage and histological grade, but both of them were related to metastasis of lymph node. The expression of Ezrin was positively related to the expression of IL-6 （rs=0.794, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The higher expressions of Ezrin and IL-6 in cervical carcinoma might be correlated with invasive behavior of cervical carcinoma. The two proteins are related to lymph node metastasis and might become useful prognostic indicators for early cervical carcinoma. Ezrin is correlated to IL-6 in cervical carcinoma.
