摘要：李文荣医师结合中医经络理论和现代医学相关理论,集50余年针灸临床经验,其中尤以"以痛为腧"刺法治疗疾病最为独特,选穴取夹脊穴为主,同时辅以膀胱经背俞穴区域,不选取四肢穴位;取穴范围相对集中,在阳性痛点上取穴进针,用以治疗相关的神经系统疾病以及慢性疑难杂症,形成了自己的学术风格。本文介绍李老治疗面瘫、肾绞痛、类风湿性关节炎的临证案例。
Doctor LI Wen-rong, who has been practicing acupuncture for five decades by combination of the meridian theory of TCM and related modern medical science, has still been active in acupuncture clinic, especially in acupuncture manipulation based on the method of acupuncture at painful locality taken as acupoint, Jiaji （EX-B 2） being selected as the main acupoints and Back-sAu acupoints of the Bladder Meridian as adjuvant acupoints, except the acupoints on the limbs, and the selected acupoints being relatively concentrated and the needles being inserted in tender points for treatment of relevant nervous system diseases and complicated chronic cases, which has formed her own academic style. In this article, the authors introduce some of her medical records by using acupuncture manipulation based on the method of acupuncture at painful locality taken as acupoint for treatment of facial paralysis, renal colic and rheumatoid arthritis, and the main idea of this article is to summarize and analyze her academic thoughts.
