摘要:目的探讨平喘灵对哮喘大鼠血浆环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量及气道黏膜炎症细胞Fas表达的影响。方法用卵蛋白复制大鼠哮喘模型。采用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血浆cAMP、cGMP含量;用免疫组织化学法检测气道黏膜炎症细胞Fas的表达。结果模型组大鼠较空白对照组大鼠血浆中cAMP含量、cAMP/cGMP比值明显降低,cGMP含量明显升高,气道黏膜炎症细胞Fas表达明显升高(P<0.05),组织形态学病变明显;经平喘灵治疗后,上述指标均得到改善(P<0.05)。结论平喘灵治疗支气管哮喘可能与其调节机体cAMP、cGMP含量及气道黏膜炎症细胞Fas表达,稳定cAMP/cGMP比值有关,且平喘灵与激素在治疗哮喘中有协同效应。
Objective To study the effect of Pingchuanling on the content of serum cAMP and cGMP and expression of Fas in tracheal inflammatory cells in asthma rats. Methods Ovalbumin was used to copy asthma model rats. Radio-immunoassay was used to detect the content of serum cAMP and cGMP of rats in each group. The expression of Fas in tracheal inflammatory cells was tested by immunohistochemical method. Results In comparison with blank control group,the content of serum cAMP and cAMP/cGMP ratio decreased,while cGMP and the expression of Fas increased significantly in model group (P〈0.05) ,obvious histomorphologic change was observed in model group as well, All indexes mentioned above were improved by Pingchuanling. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Pingchuanling for bronchial asthma may be related to regulating the content of cAMP and cGM. P,expression of Fas and cAMP/cGMP ratio. Pingchuanling has cooperativity with hormone for asthma.
