We introduced the main sources,compositions,properties and characteristics of waste water in potato starch production and its harm to the environment,and summarized the traditional treatment methods and resource utilization,and analyzed the main problems during the treatment,and look forward to the future of the technology,to provide reference for the resource utilization of waste water and environment protection.
