摘要：高血压肾病是由于血压长期升高造成的肾实质损害,为常见的慢性肾脏病并发症之一,多见于50岁以上的中老年患者,其患病率呈逐年增加趋势。目前西医治疗上一般采用降压药来控制疾病的发生和发展。近年来,中医药在防治高血压肾病方面不断取得新的突破,具有较为显著的临床疗效。马鸿斌教授在三十余载的临床实践中,以精研仲景学说为务,同时广泛涉猎各家学说,掇菁撷华,履践致远,临床上对柴陈泽泻汤进行临证化裁,重视病症相结合,体现了中医药辨证论治、标本兼治等优势。
Hypertensive nephropathy is one of the common complications of chronic kidney disease caused by long-term increase in blood pressure.It is more common in middle-aged and elderly patients over 50 years old,and its prevalence is increasing year by year.At present,Western medicine generally uses antihypertensive drugs to control the occurrence and development of diseases.In recent years,Traditional Chinese medicine has made new breakthroughs in the prevention and treatment of hypertensive nephropathy,and has a relatively significant clinical effect.In more than 30 years of clinical practice,Professor MA Hongbin has studied Zhongjing theory as the basis,and extensively studies various theories,gather remarkable passages and cull model sentences,and the aspiration of the youth,stepping forward towards greatness.The clinical treatment of Chaichen Zexie Decoction,emphasizing the combination of disease,reflects the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation,both symptoms and root causes.
