摘要：运用中医基础理论的整体观思想探析了沙盘游戏治疗技术与中医整体观之间的关系,从整体观思想的角度论述了沙盘游戏治疗室的构建、治疗师与来访者关系以及沙盘游戏作品制作过程三个环节治疗技术要求与技术关键的内在机理,提出了沙盘游戏治疗技术的本土化必须运用中医辩证思想分析来访者的内心世界进而引导来访者完成自我探索以自愈的观点。
This paper probes into the relationship between sandplay therapy technology and thought of Chinese medicine holism based on the theory of holism in Traditional Chinese Medicine.From the viewpoint of holism,this paper discusses the internal mechanism of technical requirements and key techniques in three links:the construction of sandplay therapy room,the relationship between therapist and visitor,and the production process of Sandplay works,It is pointed out that the localization of sandplay therapy must analyze the visitor’s inner world with the dialectical thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine so as to guide the visitor to complete self-exploration and self-healing.
