摘要:甘草药用历史久远,是临床常用的大宗药材。历史上曾出现多种炮制方法,如炙、煨、蜜制、酒制、醋制、酥制、猪胆汁制等,目前仅有炒甘草、炙甘草被广泛应用,且“炙”法的古今解释有所差别;在成分研究方面多以“指标性成分”为研究对象,偏重于炮制前后“量”的变化,对“质”的变化研究较少;现代药理研究表明,甘草炮制品在止痛、增强免疫、抗炎、抗氧化、保肝等方面效果优于生品,说明其炮制品具有较高的药用价值。文章通过对本草专著、中医古籍及炮制规范等文献资料进行查阅分析,梳理古籍文献中有关甘草炮制沿革等方面的记载,并对化学成分、药理作用等现代科研成果进行综述,以期为甘草炮制的相关研究提供参考。
Licorice has a long history in medicinal applications and is a commonly used major medicinal material in clinical practice.In history,multiple processing methods have emerged,including roasting,simmering,honey processing,wine processing,vinegar processing,crisping,and processing with pig bile.At present,only stir-fried licorice and roasted licorice are widely used.Moreover,the explanations of the‘roasting'method in ancient and modern times are somewhat different.In the aspect of component research,‘index components'are often taken as the research objects,with a focus on the‘quantitative'changes before and after processing.However,there is relatively lttle research on the‘qualitative'changes.Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that processed licorice products are superior to raw ones in terms of analgesia,enhancing immunity,antiinflammation,antioxidation,and liver protection,suggesting that its processed products possess relatively high medicinal value.In this paper,by consulting and analyzing literature such as monographs on materia medica,ancient traditional Chinese medicine books,and processing specifications,the records on the evolution of licorice processing in ancient books and documents are sorted out,and modern scientific research achievements such as chemical compositions and pharmacological effects are reviewed,in order to provide references for relevant research on licorice processing.
