摘要：随着环保意识增强,可持续和科学发展及绿色化学教育已是化学教育的重中之重。针对实验室废水的收集和处理,深刻剖析化学实验废水对环境的污染、危害及原因。提出了减少实验室废水排放和实验室废水污染防治对策:制订与完善专门法律法规;全面推行绿色化学思想,倡导绿色和清洁实验;落实和强化管理措施;加强本地区中心实验室功能;政府环保部门加强监控及指引;政府加大实验室废液处理投入。以期指导高校实验室建设和切实保护实验室周边环境。
Summarizing the methods of collection and management of laboratory waste water,and deeply analyzing the harm and causes to the environment of the chemical experiment wastewater pollution. This paper proposed to the control countermeasures to reduce laboratory wastewater pollution,to formulate and perfect the special laws and regulations,to full implemente the concept of green chemistry,to advocate green and clean experiment,to implement and strengthen management measures,to strengthen the regional central laboratory function and the government environmental protection department,to strengthen monitoring and guidance. The government must increase investment in laboratory liquid waste processing,and guide the construction of university laboratory,so as to practical protect the laboratory environment.
