摘要：为探讨润肠通便方口服治疗混合痔术后便秘的临床疗效,将80例混合痔术后便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组口服润肠通便方治疗,对照组口服乳果糖口服液治疗.对比2组患者的临床总体疗效及治疗前后症状体征（粪便性状、排便困难、肛门疼痛及肛门出血）改善情况.结果显示,观察组总有效率（95.0%,38/40）明显高于对照组（80.0%,32/40）,P〈0.05.2组治疗前（术后第2天）粪便性状、排便困难、肛门疼痛及肛门出血评分比较,差异均无统计学意义,P〉0.05.与治疗前相比,2组治疗后粪便性状、排便困难、肛门疼痛及肛门出血评分均有不同程度的降低,P〈0.05;2组治疗后各症状体评分比较,观察组均明显低于对照组,P〈0.05.结果表明,与口服乳果糖口服液治疗相比,应用润肠通便方口服治疗混合痔术后便秘效果更显著.
This study was to explore the clinical effect of oral Runchang Tongbian formula in the treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery, randomly divided 80 cases with this disease into observation group and control one,40 cases for each; gave the former above formula, the latter oral lactulose liquid;then compared whole clinical effects, and symptoms signs changes before and after treatment （feces character,defecation difficulties,anal pain and bleeding from anus, etc） between both groups.As results,in total effiective rate the former was significantly higher than the latter（95% ,38/40 vs 80.0% ,32/40, P 0.05） ,in the score on above all indexes of symptoms signs before treatment（i.e on the 2nd day after operation） there was no statistical difference between both groups （ P 〈0.05） ;but compared with pretreatment status the score on above indexes in both groups were all reduced at different degrees（ P 〈0.05） ,and the score of all above indexes in the former was significantly lower than that in the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that compared with oral lactulose liquid the Runchang Tongbian formula has more significant effect on postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids patients.
