摘要：目的评价小青龙汤对照西药治疗哮喘的临床疗效。方法计算机检索万方数据库、重庆维普数据库、中国知网数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pubmed数据库、Cohrance图书馆、EMbase,获取所有涉及小青龙汤与西药对比治疗哮喘的随机对照试验,根据Jadad评分标准评价纳入研究文献的质量。采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man5.2软件进行分析。结果 23篇文献符合纳入标准,共计1832例患者。Meta分析显示单用小青龙汤治疗哮喘与西药治疗总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义[合并OR(固定效应模型)=3.16,95%可信区间(2.36,4.22),Z=7.74,P<0.00001]。结论单用小青龙汤治疗哮喘的总有效率明显优于西药治疗,现有的证据表明小青龙汤在控制哮喘症状方面有一定疗效。然而,现有小样本的RCT方法学和报告质量较低,疗效的证据需要进一步大样本严格设计的临床试验证实。
Objective To system atically analyze the clinical effectiveness of Xiaoqinglong Decoction versus medicine for the treatment of asthma. Methods We searched Wang Fang,VIP,CNKI,CBMdisc,Pub Med, Cochrane library, EMbase database by computer. Controlled trials of clinical therapentic studies on Xiaoqinglong Decoction versus medicine for the treatment of asthma were included. According to the Jadad score standard evaluation into the quality of the studies,the data was taken by the Cochrane pensonnel providing Revman5.2 on meta anlaysis. Results Twenty-three trials involving 1832 participants were included. Meta analysis indicated that the total effective rata of Xiaoqinglong Decoction the treatment of asthma as higher than the medicine.The OR(fixde effectmodel) were [OR=3.16,95%CI(2.36,4.22),Z=7.74,P<0.00001]. Conclusion Meta analysis showed that Xiaoqinglong Decoction was more effective than medicine in improving symptoms of Asthma. The evidence shows that Xiaoqinglong Decoction is efficacious for controlling asthma symptoms. The quality of methodology and report of small sample of RCT, however, is lower, and the curative effect of Xiaoqinglong Decotion needs to be approved further by strict designed clinical trials with large sample.
