摘要：随着全球糖尿病患病率的持续攀升,其消化道慢性并发症糖尿病胃轻瘫也日益引起重视。因糖尿病胃轻瘫的病机未完全明确,现代医学主要是在控制血糖的基础上对症治疗,但效果并不理想。中医学认为脾胃虚弱是糖尿病胃轻瘫的基本病机,以益气健脾类中药干预常能取得良好成效。本文通过查阅整理近十年相关文献,旨在对益气健脾类中药干预糖尿病胃轻瘫的进展予以综述,为临床诊疗及进一步研究提供思路。
As the global prevalence of diabetes continues to rise,the chronic complication of diabetic digestive tract,diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)has also attracted increasing attention.Because the pathogenesis of DGP is not completely clear,modern medicine mainly treats symptomatically on the basis of blood sugar control,but the effect is not satisfactory.TCM believes that the weakness of Spleen and Stomach is the basic pathogenesis of DGP,and Chinese medicinal of replenishing Qi and strengthening Spleen intervening DGP can often achieve good clinical effects.This study reviewed the progress in Chinese medicinal of replenishing Qi and strengthening Spleen intervening DGP,by reviewing and sorting out relevant literature in the past ten years,aiming to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment for DGP.
