摘要:查阅相关文献,对放射性肺损伤(RILI)与转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)/Smads信号通路的相关性研究进行概述,明确TGF-β1/Smads信号通路相关蛋白与RILI的关系,从而为RILI的防治提供明确的作用靶点。今后可对TGF-β1/Smads信号通路进行完整时间、不同剂量动态观察,从时间峰值及射线剂量的角度揭示RILI的发病机制,从而为RILI的新药研制提供新思路、新途径。
By consulting relevant literature,this paper summarizes the correlation study between radiation induced lung injury( RILI) and transforming growth factor( TGF)-β1/Smads signal pathway,to clarify the relationship between TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway related proteins and RILI,so as to provide a clear target for the prevention and treatment of the latter. In the future,it is advised to dynamically observe TGF-β1/Smads signal pathway in complete time and different doses to reveal the pathogenesis of RILI from the perspective of time peak and radiation dose,thereby providing new ideas and new ways for the research and development of new drugs for RILI.
