摘要:田间调查栽培款冬(Tussilago farfara L.)各生长发育阶段主要形态特征,并制作石蜡切片显微镜下观察花序芽分化的进程。结果显示,款冬花芽分化具有分期分批、相对集中的特点,分化持续时间约120 d。在甘肃定西,款冬花于7月中旬开始营养生长进入盛叶期,7月下旬开始花芽进入形态分化期,8月中旬至9月中旬是花芽分化相对集中的时期,10月上旬至11月中旬花蕾增大迅速。通过综合农艺措施调控款冬花芽分化的最佳时期应在盛叶期,应在7月下旬开始加应强肥水管理,促进调控花芽分化数量和质量,提高款冬花产量和品质。
Based on field investigation of morphological characters in each developmental period,as well as microscopic examination of flower bud morphological differentiation periods by paraffin section,the study on optimal regulation period of flower bud differentiation of Tussilago farfara L.had been carried out in the study.It showed that the flower bud differentiation of Tussilago farfara L.was characterized by the relative concentration of stages and batches.The periods of the flower bud differentiation continued for about 120 d.The vegetative growth of Tussilago farfara L.entered the flourishing leaf stage in mid July,and the flower buds entered the morphological differentiation stage in late July in Dingxi region of Gansu.The flower bud differentiation was relatively concentrated from mid August to mid September.The flower bud grew rapidly in fresh weight and diameter from early October to mid November.The result showed the best time to control flower bud differentiation of Tussilago farfara L.should be in flourishing leaf stage,and the corresponded management of fertilizer and water should be adopted from late July to promote flower bud differentiation quantity and quality in the cultivation.
