摘要：从小儿脾胃的基本生理特点——“脾常不足”着手,阐述了健运脾胃在儿科临床中的重要作用。在临床具体运用时,可根据病情分别使用运脾化湿、运脾和胃、温运脾阳、养胃助运、理气助运、益气助运六法。
Start from the basic physiological characteristic which the spleen is often insufficient in children, elaborated the important application of strengthening and transporting the spleen and stomach in the department of pediatrics. According to the condition of illness in the clinical utilization, transport the spleen is separated into activating the spleen and resolving dampness, activating the spleen and regulating the stomach, warming and transporting the spleen-yang, nourishing the stomach to help the activation, regulating the flow of qi and invigorating qi to help the activation.
