摘要：目的观察通腑汤联合呼吸末正压递增法(IP)对多源性急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)家兔的影响。方法选择健康成年雄性家兔24只,随机分为三组,每组8只。A、B、C组分别采用肺泡灌洗、油酸静脉注射及盐酸吸入法进行造模。于造模成功后,将各组分为对照组和治疗组,每亚组各4只。对照组给予IP治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上联合通腑汤。分别于复张前、后观察各组气体交换指标、肠鸣音恢复时间及腹腔内压情况。结果肺复张6 h、12 h后,治疗组氧合指数水平分别高于各对照组;治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组;肺复张后12 h,治疗组腹腔内压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用通腑汤联合IP治疗多源性ARDS家兔效果优于单纯IP。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongfu decoction combined with IP on multi-source ARDS rabbits.Methods24healthy adult male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups,8rats in each group.After the success of modeling,each group was divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given IP.The treatment group was given Tongfu decoction on the basis of IP.Before and after the restoration,the PaO2/FiO2,the recovery time of bowel sound and intra-abdominal pressure of each gas were observed.Results After6h and12h,the level of oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2)in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The treatment group borborygmus recovery time was shorter than the control group;After12h of the lung,the intraperitoneal pressure in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongfu decoction combined with IP in the treatment of multiple ARDS rabbit has curative effect.
