摘要：绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是临床上常见的代谢性骨疾病。随着以中医理论为指导的相关性研究不断深入,中医药防治PMOP呈现出效果优良、安全性高、价格低廉等诸多长处。“伏邪”理论起源与温病学派,通过历代医家不断完善,发展为一切伏而不即发的致病邪气,并在指导PMOP的防治过程中发挥出极大优势。笔者以中医“伏邪”理论为线索展开论述,分别从气郁致伏,结痰致伏,瘀血致伏出发,探讨“郁”“痰”“瘀”与PMOP的关系及相关治疗,以期为中医药防治该病提供新思路。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a common clinical metabolic bone disease.With the deepening of related researches guided by TCM theory,TCM prevention and treatment of PMOP have many advantages,such as good effect,high safety and low price.The theory of“latent evils”originated from the school of epidemic febrile diseases and developed into all the pathogenic evil factors that could not be caused immediately through continuous improvement of doctors in successive dynasties,and played a great advantage in guiding the prevention and treatment of PMOP.Based on the theory of“latent evils”in traditional Chinese medicine,the author discussed the relationship between“depression”,“phlegm”,“blood stasis”and PMOP and the related treatment from the perspectives of Qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis,respectively,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
