摘要：新冠肺炎属于中医学"瘟疫"范畴,湿毒之邪内蕴是其主要的病因病机。除湿祛邪应立足于三焦、辨证施治。湿邪停滞上、中、下三焦位置不同而表现各异,基于"气化则湿化"理论,探讨升降三焦气机在新冠肺炎防治中的应用价值,并结合甘肃省防疫组组长张志明主任医师在治疗新冠肺炎中以此思想指导临床用药,为新冠肺炎治疗提供新思路。
Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) belongs to the category of "plague" in traditional Chinese medicine. Eliminating dampness should be based on three-Jiao syndrome differentiation and treatment. The dampness evil in the upper, middle and lower Jiao can cause different performances. Based on the theory that "gasification couldlead to humidification", this paper discussed the application value oflifting three-Jiao Qi movement in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. Combined with the clinical medication of ZHANG Zhiming, the leader of the epidemic prevention team in Gansu Province, it provided new ideas for the treatment of COVID-19.
