摘要:研究了生物表面活性剂皂角苷和化学表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,极性有机物苯酚和苯甲酸在天然黄土上的吸附行为及在水和土壤间的分配行为。结果表明,皂角苷和TritonX-100浓度为100 mg/L条件下,苯酚和苯甲酸的分配系数均比其在纯水中的分配系数大,即皂角苷和TritonX-100浓度低于各自的临界胶束浓度时,由于本身在黄土上的吸附,促进了苯酚和苯甲酸的吸附;当二者浓度分别为500 mg/L(约为各自临界胶束浓度的3~4倍)时,苯酚和苯甲酸的分配系数均比其在纯水中的分配系数小。在初始浓度为20 mg/L的苯酚和苯甲酸的吸附试验中,不论是在皂角苷还是TritonX-100存在下,苯甲酸在黄土上的吸附量都大于苯酚在黄土上的吸附量;苯酚和苯甲酸在皂角苷溶液中的吸附量均小于同条件下TritonX-100溶液中的吸附量;当皂角苷浓度达到1 000 mg/L时,初始浓度为20 mg/L的苯酚、苯甲酸在水相中的表观溶解度分别为18.35和15.57 mg/L,分别有91.75%和77.85%的苯酚和苯甲酸溶解在水相中。
Adsorption behaviors about organic polarities of phenol and benzoic acid in natural loess and distribution behavior between water and soil on condition that both of biosurfactant saponin and chemical surfactant TritonX-100 exist were studied. It turned out that,first,the distribution coefficient of phenol and that of benzoic acid average higher than those in pure water when the concentration of saponin and that of TritonX-100of get to 100 mg/L,that is to say,when the concentrations of saponin and that of TritonX-100 were below the critical micelle concentrations,it was adsorption in loess itself that contributed to the adsorption of phenol and that of benzoic acid. Second,when the concentrations of both phenol and benzoic acid almost reached 500mg/L( approximately three or four times of their critical micelle concentrations),distribution coefficient of phenol and that of benzoic acid average were lower than those in pure water. In the adsorption experiment of phenol and benzoic acid with initial concentration 20 mg/L,the adsorption ability of benzoic acid in loess was bigger than that of phenol in loess regardless of the existence of saponin or that of TritonX-100. Adsorptions of phenol and that of benzoic acid in saponin solution were lower than those in TritonX-100 solution on equal conditions. When saponin concentration reached 1 000 mg/L,and initial concentration was 20 mg/L,the apparent solubility of and that of benzoic acid solubility in the aqueous phase table view were 18. 35 mg/L,15. 57 mg/L,however 91. 75% of phenol and 77. 85% of benzoic acid were dissolved in the water.
