摘要：产后大出血是产科严重的并发症之一,严重威胁产妇的生命安全.近年来,随着介入放射学的发展,子宫动脉栓塞术(uterine arterial embolization(UAE))作为一种微创治疗方法,在产后大出血的治疗中展现出显著优势.通过综述子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血的临床研究进展,详细阐述其治疗原理、手术方法、临床疗效、安全性、并发症及未来发展方向,旨在为临床医生提供参考和借鉴.
Postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)is one of the most severe complications in obstetrics,posing a serious threat to maternal life.In recent years,with the development of interventional radiology,uterine arterial embolization(UAE),as a minimally invasive treatment method,has shown significant advantages in managing postpartum hemorrhage.This review summarizes recent clinical research progress on the application of UAE in treating PPH,elaborating on its therapeutic principles,surgical techniques,clinical efficacy,safety,complications,and future directions.The aim is to provide valuable reference and guidance for clinical practitioners.
