摘要：肾性水肿是肾脏疾病中多发的临床症状之一,具有病机复杂、疗效差、复发率高等特点,目前西医治疗以激素及免疫抑制为主,但存在不良反应大等弊端;中医以“辨证论治”为思路,具有扶助正气、标本兼治、不良反应小等优势。基于此,文章探讨了肾性水肿的病因病机及特点,对马鸿斌主任从脾虚湿阻论治水肿的治则治法及处方用药进行分析,并通过列举马鸿斌主任的临床案例进行经验总结,以期为临床治疗肾性水肿提供新的思路及方法。
Renal edema is one of the most common clinical symptoms in kidney diseases.It is characterized by complex pathogenesis,poor efficacy and high recurrence rate.At present,Western medicine mainly treats it with hormones and immunosuppression,but shows disadvantages such as large adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of supporting healthy Qi(气),treating both symptoms and root causes,and having few adverse reactions under the guidance of the idea of"treatment based on syndrome differentiation".Based on this,this paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,and characteristics of renal edema,analyzes the treatment methods and prescription for treating renal edema with dampness resistance of spleen deficiency from Director MA Hongbin,and summarizes the experience by listing the clinical cases treated by Director MA Hongbin,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of renal edema.
