摘要:目的对使用氢化物发生-双道原子荧光光度计和DMA-80直接测汞仪测定奶粉中汞含量的2种方法进行比较,选择更加适合实验室分析的方法。方法采用国家标准方法,利用微波消解对奶粉进行样品前处理,之后通过氢化物发生-双道原子荧光光谱测定奶粉中汞的含量,同时采用DMA-80直接测汞仪直接对奶粉中的汞含量进行测定。结果对使用原子荧光光度计和DMA-80直接测汞仪测定奶粉中汞含量的2种不同方法的测定结果进行对比,数据一致性良好,线性范围满足实验要求,相关系数(r)均>0.999,原子荧光法回收率>90%,直接测汞仪回收率达到100%。原子荧光法的精密度为4.8%,直接测汞仪的精密度结果更好,为2.2%。2种方法的数据准确度均达到满意结果。结论 2种检测方法均能满足各种奶粉中汞含量的检测要求,DMA-80直接测汞仪在满足实验要求的前提下,线性范围更宽,所需样品量更少,更能节省时间、人力,适应现代分析工作的要求。
Objective To compare the two methods for the determination of mercury content in the milk powder with hydride generation- double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry( HG- AFS) and DMA- 80 direct mercury analyzer,and to choose a more adaptable laboratory analysis method. Methods Using the national standard method,after microwave assisted digestion,mercury content in milk powder was determined with two different methods,including hydride generation- double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry( HG- AFS) and DMA- 80 direct mercury analyzer. Results By comparing data of the two methods,the results have preferable coherence,the linear range can meet the requirements of the laboratory analysis.The correlation coefficients( r) were greater than 0. 999,atomic fluorescence recovery rate is more than 90%,and DMA- 80 direct mercury analyzer recovery rate reached 100%. The precision of the atomic fluorescence was 4. 8%,and DMA- 80 direct mercury analyzer was 2. 2%. The precision was satisfactory. Conclusion These two methods can meet the requirements of mercury content determination in milk powder,and DMA- 80 direct mercury analyzer can meet the requirements of the laboratory analysis and have a wider linear range. At the same time,the sample weight we used was less. It can save more time,manpower and reagents and is suitable for the requirement of modern analytical work.
