摘要：目的观察胰腺穴结合薏米三白银花汤治疗慢性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将121例确诊为慢性胰腺炎的病人,采用针刺胰腺穴并结合服用薏米银花三白汤2周,观察其治疗效果。结果 121例慢性胰腺炎患者痊愈86例,显效16例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率为95.04%。结论胰腺穴结合薏米三白银花汤治疗慢性胰腺炎临床疗效确切,值得进一步在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yi Xian point combined with Yimi Sanbai Yinhua Decoction for treating chronic pancreatitis. Methods Giving 121 patients diagnosed with chronic panereatitis a combined treatment of acupuncture to Yi Xian point and Yimi Sanbai Yinhua Decoction for two weeks and observing its clinical effect. Results Out of the 121 cases of chronic panereatitis, 86 cases had full recovery, 16 cases had good effect, 13 cases had some effect and 6 cases were without effect, giving an over-all effect of 95, 04%. Conclusion The combination of Yi Xian point with Yimi Sanbai Yinhua Decoction does indeed have a clinical effect when used for treating chronic pancreatitis and is worthy of further studying and to be wider spread clinically.
