摘要：目的探讨“云病房”互动访视方案在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法将2021年12月1日至2022年9月30日甘肃中医药大学附属医院拟行髋关节置换术的100例患者按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组实施传统的围手术期访视方案,观察组在对照组基础上实施“云病房”互动访视方案。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑、髋关节功能、疼痛,患者对手术室护理工作质量满意度调查表评分及术后患者首次排气时间和不良事件发生率的情况。结果干预后,观察组的状态焦虑评分量表(S-AI)评分在入室等候期及术后访视后的评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,观察组中患者对手术室护理工作质量满意度调查表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“云病房”互动访视方案能够有效改善髋关节置换术患者的焦虑情绪,并促进患者髋关节功能恢复,缓解术后疼痛,提高患者对手术室护理工作质量满意度,并降低患者术后不良事件的发生率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of"cloud ward"interactive visit in patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing hip replacement in the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from December 1,2021 to September 30,2022 were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was adopted with the conventional perioperative visit program,while the observation group was adopted with the interactive visit program in"cloud ward"based on the program received by the control group.The anxiety,hip function,pain,the scores of patients’satisfaction questionnaire on the quality of operating room nursing,the time of first postoperative exhaust time and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of STAI-FormY-I(S-AI)during the waiting period and after the postoperative visit in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Harris hip function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of patients’satisfaction questionnaire on the quality of operating room nursing of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The"cloud ward"interactive visit program can effectively improve the anxiety emotion of patients undergoing hip replacement,promote the recovery of hip function,relieve postoperative pain,increase the satisfaction of patients with the quality of operating room nursing,and reduce the incidence of postoperati ve adverse events in patients.
