摘要:目的:建立一种稳定的、可操作性强的病证结合大鼠辐射损伤模型,以满足研究药物对辐射损伤防治评价的需求。方法:采用碳离子(^(12)C^(6+))束照射大鼠右侧肺部构建辐射损伤动物模型,同时设立正常对照组、单纯辐射组、辐射+黄芪汤组,从病因、症状、客观指标、药物反证等方面对辐射损伤大鼠模型进行综合判断,验证该模型的中医证候属性。结果:单纯辐射组大鼠的症状体征(摄食量、饮水量、心率、肛温、排尿量、体质量)、血象(WBC与RBC)、脾脏、胸腺指数等指标与正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。辐射+黄芪汤组可明显改善大鼠的主观症状和上述客观指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:^(12)C^(6+)束照射大鼠辐射损伤模型的中医证候属性是气阴两虚证。
Objective: To establish a stable and simple operation rat model of radiation damage with combination of disease and syndrome to meet the demand of study the medication on preventionand evaluationof radiation damage. Methods: The animal model of radiation damagewas constructed by using ^(12)C^(6+) beam irradiation on the right lung of rats.At the same time, the normal control group, single radiation group and radiation + Huangqi Decoction group were set up. The rat model of radiation damage was estimatedfrom the etiology, symptom, objective index and drug counter evidence, in order to investigate the syndrome property of this rat model. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the symptom and sign, hemogram and organ index in single radiation group were significantly different(P<0.01). The radiation +Huangqi Decoction group could significantly improve the subjective symptom and the above objective indexes, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion: The TCM syndrome of rat modelof radiation damage constructed by ^(12)C^(6+) beam irradiation is syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.
