摘要：为观察自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂致出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效，将直肠黏膜内脱垂致便秘患者84例分为2组，治疗组43例采用RPH进行治疗，对照组41例采用直肠黏膜下硬化剂注射术治疗。比较便秘症状及焦虑评分量表评分，进行疗效评估。结果显示，治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88．4％和78％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；术后1个月，治疗组便秘症状积分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）；术后1个月，治疗组焦虑、失眠、纳差症状积分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结果表明，RPH治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂致出口梗阻型便秘临床疗效肯定。
This study was to observe the clinical effect of RPH（Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids） for treating outlet obstructive constipation（OOC） induced by internal rectal mucosa prolapse（IRMP）.The 84 cases of OOC induced by IRMP were divided into treatment group （43 cases） and control one（41 cases） the former received RPH, while the latter received sclerosing agent rectal injection submucosally; then both group＇s scores on constipation symptoms and anxiety by using its scale evaluation were compared, and evaluated their effect.As results,in total effective rate there was statistical difference between treatment group and control one（88.4% vs 78.0%, P 〈0.05）;at 1 month after surgery the score on constipation symptoms and the score on anxiety,indigestion and insomnia in treatment group were all significantly lower than that in control one （P〈0.05）. Results show that RPH for OOC induced by IRMP has determined clinical effect.
