摘要：目的 :观察前列舒宁抗前列腺炎作用。方法 :分别用角叉菜胶和大肠埃希菌制造大鼠实验性非细菌性和细菌性前列腺炎模型 ,观察前列腺炎液中白细胞总数和卵磷脂小体密度 ;用二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀法和琼脂所致小鼠肉芽组织增生法观察对急性渗出和慢性增生性炎症的影响。结果 :1.5g/kg或 1.0 g/kg前列舒宁可显著提高前列腺液中卵磷脂小体密度 ,降低白细胞总数 ;3.0 g/kg或 2 .0g/kg对琼脂所致小鼠肉芽组织增生有明显抑制作用 ;3.0 g/kg对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀有明显抑制作用。 结论 :前列舒宁有显著的抗前列腺炎作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Qianlieshuning tablet (QLSN) restraining protatitis. Methods: To produce the models of non-bacterial and bacterial prostatitis, and to observe the amount of the white blood cells and the density of the lecithin corpuscles in the liquid of prostatitis. Results: 1.5g/kg or 1.0g/kg of QLSN tablet can evidently improve the density of lecithin corpuscles and to reduce the amount of the white blood cells in the liquid of rats' prostatitis; 3.0g/kg or 2.0g/kg of QLSN tablet can evidently restrain the hyperplasia of mice's connective tissue; 3.0g/kg of QLSN tablet can restrain the swell of mice's ear. Conclusion: QLSN tablet can distinctly restrain prostatitis.
