摘要：目的:测定新疆雪莲花中多糖和总黄酮的含量。方法:用可见分光光度标准曲线法测定含量,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:总黄酮的平均含量是2.05%;多糖的平均含量是5.06%。
Objective： To determine the content of polysaccharide and the whole flavones in Saussurea involucrate. Methods.. The content of polysaccharide was analysed by at 490 nm and the contents of the whole flavones at 510 nm. Results： The average content of polysaccharide-was 5. 07% and the average content of the whole flavones 2. 06%.
