摘要:败酱科败酱属植物多为多年生草本植物,在我国发现的有10种、3亚种和2变种。其药用历史悠久,具有清热解毒、破瘀排脓、活血化瘀和镇心安神的功效。近年来研究发现败酱属植物具有镇静、镇痛、抗炎、止血、抗菌、抗病毒、提高免疫、抗肿瘤和保肝利胆等作用,从该属植物中分离出的化合物主要有环烯醚萜类、皂苷类、黄酮类、香豆素类、生物碱类、有机酸类和挥发油等,已超过230种,其中环烯醚萜类成分是其发挥药理作用的重要物质基础。本文通过对败酱属植物中环烯醚萜类成分的药理作用的系统归纳总结,希冀为败酱属植物的深入研究和资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。
Patrinia plants(Valerianaceae)are perennial herbaceous plants and include 10 species,3 subspecies,and 2 variations in China.These plants have a long history of medicinal use and are known for their effects of Qingre jiedu(清热解毒),Poyu paining(破疲排脓),Huoxue huayu(活血化瘀),Zhenjing anshen(镇心安神).In recent years,research has found that Patrinia plants have various activities such as sedation,analgesia,anti-inflammation,hemostasis,antimicrobial properties,antiviral properties,immune enhancement,anti-tumor effects,and hepatoprotective and cholagogic effects.Compounds isolated from this genus include iridoids,saponins,flavonoids,coumarins,alkaloids,organic acids,and volatile oils,over 230 species in total.Among them,iridoids are the important chemical basis for the pharmacological effects of these plants.This article provided a systematic summary of the pharmacological effects of iridoids in the Patrinia genus,aiming to provide a scientific basis for further research and sustainable utilization of resources related to this genus.
