摘要:2019年12月以来,湖北省武汉市持续出现流感及肺炎相关疾病监测,发现多起病毒性肺炎病例,均诊断为新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19).冠状病毒(CoV)是导致呼吸道传播高致病性疾病的主要病原体.近年来爆发较严重急性呼吸综合征病毒(SARS-CoV)、中东呼吸综合症病毒(MERS-CoV)和新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2),其发病急、致病性强、病死率高、流行范围广,给人类健康带来严重威胁.目前,COVID-19已在世界多地出现患者,如何建立快速、准确的病毒检测方法,早期确定病原体、识别感染患者,在新型冠状病毒核酸筛查是非常有必要的.同时建立常见致病性新冠状病毒科学可靠的检测方法,能快速准确区别检测待检标本中的冠状病毒核酸,监测和控制高致病性冠状病毒有重要意义.
Since December 2019,surveillance of influenza and pneumonia related diseases has continued to occur in Wuhan,Hubei Province,and multiple cases of viral pneumonia have been found,all of which have been diagnosed as Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Coronavirus(CoV)is the main pathogens that transmit highly pathogenic diseases in respiratory tract.In recent years,there have been outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV),middle east respiratory syndrome(MERS-CoV),and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).They are highly pathogenic,with strong pathogenicity,high mortality rate,and wide range of epidemics,which poses a serious threat to human health.At present,patients with COVID-19 have appeared in many parts of the world.How to establish a fast and accurate virus detection method to early identify pathogens and infected patients is very necessary to screen for SARS-CoV-2.At the same time,we would find scientific and reliable detection methods for common pathogenic SARS-CoV-2,which can quickly and accurately distinguish and detect the nucleic detection in the specimens to be detected.It is highly effective and important to monitor and control highly pathogenic coronaviruses.
