摘要：目的:研究头穴透刺对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童情绪、睡眠及功能发展的影响,为临床提供有效治疗方法。方法:将60例3~6岁ASD儿童随机分为对照组(音乐教育康复)30例、观察组(头穴透刺+音乐教育康复)30例,两组均以3个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、情绪调节(ER)分量表、儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)、儿童孤独症及相关发育障碍心理教育评定量表(C-PEP-3)的变化情况。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗6个月后的CARS评分、CSHQ总分及就寝习惯、入睡潜伏期、睡眠持续时间、睡眠焦虑、异态睡眠、白天嗜睡等分问卷评分均降低(P<0.05),治疗3、6个月后的ER、C-PEP-3评分均升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗6个月后的CARS评分、CSHQ总分及就寝习惯、入睡潜伏期、睡眠持续时间、睡眠焦虑、异态睡眠、白天嗜睡等分问卷评分均降低(P<0.05),治疗3、6个月后的ER评分升高(P<0.05),治疗6个月后的C-PEP-3评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:头穴透刺可改善ASD儿童的情绪、睡眠障碍,提高其功能发展。
Objective To observe the effects of penetrating technique of scalp acupuncture on emotion,sleep and function development in children of autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 60SAD children aged 3to 6years were randomized in a control group(music education rehabilitation,n=30)and an observation group(penetrating technique of scalp acupuncture+music education rehabilitation,n=30).In the two groups,the treatment for 3months was as 1course,and 2courses of treatment were required.Before and after treatment,the changes were observed in childhood autism rating scale(CARS),emotion regulation subscale(ER),children’s sleep habits questionnaire(CSHQ)and children autism and psycho-educational profile for autistic and developmentally disabled children(C-PEP-3),separately.Results Compared with the scores before treatment,CARS score,the score of each subscale of CSHQ,e.g.bedtime resistance,sleep onset delay,irregular sleep duration,sleep anxiety,parasomnias and daytime sleepiness as well as the total score of CSHQ were all reduced in children of two groups(P<0.05);and the score of ER and C-PEP-3were all increased(P<0.05)after 6months’treatment.Compared with the control group,ER score was increased in 3and 6months after treatment(P<0.05),CARS score was reduced(P<0.05)and C-PEP-3score was increased obviously(P<0.05)6months after treatment in the observation group;but the scores of the subscale for night waking and sleep disordered breathing did not changed noticeably(P>0.05).Conclusion Penetrating technique of scalp acupuncture improves the emotion and sleep disorder and promotes the function development in ASD children.
