摘要：通过对《小儿药证直诀》中散剂使用方式、制散方法、制散粒径、每次服药量、煮散加水量、煎煮时间及煮后药液剩余量、服药时间、服药温度、药物溶媒、适应证等方面的分析研究,初步总结了钱氏运用散剂的特点与经验,为儿科临床规范化、标准化使用散剂提供借鉴与参考。
By analytical study on powder of Key to Therapeutics of Children’s Diseases,including the aspects of operation method,preparation method,particle diameter,dosage per time,water amount for boiling,decoction time,soup surplus after boiling,time of taking medicine,temperature of taking medicine,drug solvent and indication etc.,this paper preliminarily summarizes the characteristics and experience of QIAN’s application of powder,which can provide references for standardized and normalized clinical use of powder in pediatrics.
