摘要：目的:观察环抱端提挤压手法复位结合夹板固定治疗儿童尺桡骨远端双骨折的临床疗效。方法:对24例尺桡骨远端双骨折患儿根据骨折移位情况,采用环抱端提挤压手法复位结合夹板固定的方法治疗。结果:24例患儿随访3月至1.5年,优19例,良4例,可1例;X线片示解剖复位17例,功能复位7例。结论:环抱端提挤压手法复位结合夹板固定治疗尺桡骨远端双骨折具有创伤小、功能恢复好、疗效好的优点。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of manipulative reduction and splint fixation in the treatment of pediatric distal ulna and radius fractures.Methods： To the 24 cases of pediatric distal ulna and radius fractures,manipulative reduction including round hug,lifting and extrusion according to the fracture displacement and splint fixation were used.Results： 24 cases were followed up for 3 months to 1.5 years,19 cases were optimal,4 cases good,1 case ok.X film showed 17 cases got anatomic reduction,7 cases functional reduction.Conclusion： Manipulative reduction and splint fixation has little injury,good functional reduction,good effect in the treatment of distal ulna and radius fractures.
