摘要:目的对中医药调节线粒体自噬领域的研究文献进行可视化分析,了解该领域的研究方向、热点和趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)2007-2022年收录的中医药调节线粒体自噬研究文献,经NoteExpress3.6.0软件查重筛选,采用Excel2016、VOSviewer1.6.18和CiteSpace6.1.R2软件分析并绘制发文年份分布图、核心作者共现密度视图,以及关键词共现、聚类、突现分析图及时间线图。结果经筛选共纳入726篇文献,2019-2020年发文较多,领域内形成了稳定的核心作者群,关键词聚类分析得到13个重要聚类模块,共现分析得到该领域的疾病谱集中在帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、糖尿病肾病、肝癌、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、脑缺血再灌注损伤等,研究方式主要为实验药理,涉及的药物为白藜芦醇、姜黄素、黄芪甲苷等,作用机制为抗肿瘤活性、神经保护等,分子机制和信号通路以线粒体自噬、细胞凋亡、氧化应激和parkin信号通路等为研究热点。结论中医药调节线粒体自噬领域的研究热度持续升高,发文量持续上升,其中帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病为该领域研究热点疾病,热点药物为白藜芦醇和姜黄素,主要机制为抗肿瘤活性和神经保护,动物实验和衰老防治是近年研究前沿。
Objective To conduct visualization analysis on the research literature of the regulation of mitophagy in TCM;To understand the research direction,hotspots and trends in this field.Methods Literature related to the regulation of mitophagy by TCM was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and CBM from 2007 to 2022,and then was checked and filtered by NoteExpress 3.6.0 software for duplication.Excel 2016,VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.1.R2 were used to analyze and draw the distribution map of publication years,co-occurrence density view of core authors,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,analysis chart of emergent words and time line distribution map.Results After screening,a total of 726 articles were included,most of which were published from 2019 to 2020 injury,etc.The research method was mainly experimental pharmacology,involving resveratrol,curcumin,astragaloside A,etc.The mechanism of its action was anti-tumor activity,neuroprotection,etc.Molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways of mitophagy,apoptosis,oxidative stress and parkin signaling pathway were the research focus.Conclusion The research heat in this field has continued to rise in recent years,and the number of publications continues to rise,among which Parkinson disease and Alzheimer disease are the hotspots for research disease.Hot drugs are resveratrol and curcumin.The main mechanisms are anti-tumor activity and neuroprotection,animal experiments and aging prevention are the frontiers of research in the recent years.
