摘要：基于冬病夏治的认识,整理并总结该理论指导下的中医理论基础和临证应用机制。结合上述研究,分析认为基于冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗各类疾病均有一定疗效,尤以治疗呼吸系统疾病效应最佳,其应用也最为广泛。在此基础上,发现并讨论当前研究的问题与不足,为今后研究方向提供新思路与新方法,并致力于为此项理论作用机制的研究做出贡献,并丰富基于该理论治疗的有效病种。
Based on the understanding of treating winter disease in summer, this study summarized the mechanism of TCM theoretical basis and clinical application of the theory. According to the above studies, it is concluded that acupoint application based on treating winter disease in summer has certain efficacy in the treatment of various diseases, especially in treating respiratory diseases, which has the best effect and has the most widely application. On this basis, the problems and deficiencies of the current research are found and discussed, so as to provide new ideas and new methods for future research, and it contributes to the study of the action mechanism of this theory, and enriches the diseases that can be effectively treated with this theory.
