摘要:目的:探讨慢支咳喘宁胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的作用机制。方法:采用改良烟熏法复制慢性支气管炎大鼠模型,实验动物随机分为模型对照组、慢支咳喘宁胶囊低剂量组、慢支咳喘宁胶囊高剂量组、气管炎丸组及不加处理的空白对照组。造模各组以高、低剂量慢支咳喘宁胶囊、气管炎丸和生理盐水进行干预,测定各组大鼠血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的含量。结果:模型对照组大鼠血清中IL-2含量较空白对照组明显降低(P<0.01),而IL-8含量则较空白对照组明显升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,治疗各组血清中IL-2含量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),IL-8含量则明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:慢支咳喘宁胶囊可提高IL-2含量,降低IL-8含量,控制慢性炎症反应。
Objective: To investigate the internal mechanism on treating chronic bronchitis of Manzhi Kechualming Capsules. Methods: Duplicated the animal model of chronic bronchitis with refined smoking-fumigated method, the rats were randomly divided into model group, low dose group, high dose group, Qiguanyan Pills group and normal control group that didn' t treated. Made intervention with high and low dose Manzhi Kechuanning Capsules as well as Qiguanyan Pills( another medicine of the similar kind) and 0.9 % NS, determined the contents of IL-2 and IL-8 in the serum. Results: The content of IL-2 in the serum of the model group was significantly decreased than that of the normal group( P 〈0.01 ) ,but the content of IL-8 was significantly improved( P 〈0.01 ). Compared with the model group ,the content of IL-2 in the serum of each treating group was significantly improved reduced ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), but IL-8 was opposite. Conclusion: Manzhi Kechuanning Capsules can control chronic inflammatory reaction by improving the content of IL-2 and reducing the content of IL-8.
