摘要：传统中医学著作《黄帝内经》明确论述了人的精、神、魂、魄、心、意、思、智、虑等精神活动产生的来由;也将人的个性根据阴阳、五行归类的法则及五音阴阳属性进行划分。在疾病的诊断中特别重视病人的社会及家庭环境,生活起居习惯,饮食嗜好,人的个性特征。重视疾病的心理治疗作用,注重精神摄生,修心养性。故应研究和开拓中医心理学理论,应用中国独特的文化思想,创造适合中国社会文化和中国人的心理治疗方法,使心理治疗本土化。
Yellowemperor's internal classic which is a traditional chinese medicine book states clearly the origins of psychological and mental activities of essence of life,vi tality,Hun,Po,thought,intelligence and consideration.The different characteris-tics of people are divided into parts according to the theory of YINYANG,five elements and the YINYANGcharacteristics of five voices.On makinga diagnosis of diseases,great emphasisis paid to the social and family background,the habit of diet and the personal characteristics of the patients.The psychological curative effect is appreciated,so is mentalhealth preserving.As a result,we should study and develop the psychological theo-ry of traditional chinese medicine,create the psychological curative methodswhich are suitable for chinese social culture and chinese people by applying chinese unique cul-tural thought in order to obtain the indigenization of psychological treatment.
