摘要：目的:对中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的研究动态、热点、趋势进行可视化分析,为开展相关研究提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索2012年1月1日—2022年12月31日发表在中国知网(CNKI)的有关中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的相关文献,并借助CiteSpace软件进行分析及知识图谱绘制。结果:共纳入589篇文献,发文量总体呈稍上升后下降趋势,其中共纳入研究机构285个,作者302人,天津中医药大学发文量最多,各作者、研究机构之间合作较少,共275个关键词,中药灌肠、护理、盆腔炎出现频次较多,共形成9个聚类。结论:近年来中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症发文量有所下降,需进一步加强该领域内作者与机构间的交流合作,主要集中于临床研究,相关作用机制有待深入研究。
Objective:To visually analyze the research trends,hot spots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,and to provide reference for related research.Methods:The relevant literature on the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease by TCM enema published in CNKI from January 1,2012 to December 31,2022 were searched by computer,and analyzed by CiteSpace software and the knowledge map was drawn.Results:Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most papers,and there was less cooperation between the authors and research institutions,with a total of 275 keywords,traditional Chinese medicine enema,nursing,and pelvic inflammatory disease appeared more frequently,forming 9 clusters in total.Conclusions:In recent years,the number of published papers on the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with TCM enema has decreased,and it is necessary to further strengthen the communication and cooperation between authors and institutions in this field,mainly focusing on clinical studies,and the relevant mechanism of action needs to be further studied.
