摘要：目的探讨不同给药方法对高血压患者血压节律的影响。方法选择非杓形原发性高血压患者148例,随机分为A组和B组。A组清晨给予降压药非洛地平缓释片5 mg,坎地沙坦4 mg口服;B组清晨口服非洛地平5 mg,晚饭后服坎地沙坦4mg,两组其他基础治疗方法相同。两组患者均在服药前、服药后12周行24 h动态血压检查,记录白天及夜间血压负荷值、夜间血压下降率。比较两组患者上述动态血压参数的改变情况。结果两组患者治疗前比较动态血压参数无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组相比较,夜间血压下降率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白天及夜间血压负荷值两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论合理的给药方法不仅使血压水平下降,同时能使血压节律接近或恢复正常。
OBJECTIVE Discuss different dosing method the influence of the rhythm of blood pressure in patients with hypertension. METHODS 148 cases of patients with essential hypertension （eh）, were randomly divided into group A and group B. Early in the morning to give blood pressure medication group A felodipine zyban 5mg, candesartan 4mg for oral; oral felodipine group B in the early morning of 5mg, after dinner suit candesartan 4mg, two groups of other foundation treatment methods are the same. Two groups of patients before medication, medication after 12 go 24h ambulatory blood pressure check, record in the daytime and nighttime blood pressure load values, nighttime blood pressure drop rate. Compare two groups of patients with the dynamic change of blood pressure index. RESULTS Two groups of patients before treatment had no difference between the dynamic parameters of blood pressure （P〉 0.05）, compared the two groups after treatment, blood pressure drops at night rate difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; daytime and nighttime blood pressure load values have no obvious difference between these two groups （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION Reasonable dosing methods not only make blood pressure drops, could make blood pressure levels that returned to normal rhythm is close to or at the same time.
