摘要:人类胃肠道内栖息的微生物群落对人类健康而言是个待挖掘的未知宝库,对人体的免疫、营养、内分泌等影响深远,并以此对骨骼生长代谢进行调节。T淋巴细胞是一种重要的免疫细胞,肠道菌群对T淋巴细胞的发育和分化有着重要影响。T淋巴细胞可以影响人体内的骨稳态。那么肠道菌群、T细胞与骨代谢之间是否存在某种联系?本文剖析了肠道菌群通过T细胞途径来调节骨代谢这一机制,旨在为揭示肠道菌群影响骨代谢的具体途径提供一种可循的新思路。
The microbial community inhabited in human gastrointestinal tract is an unknown treasure house for human health,which has a profound impact on human immunity,nutrition and endocrine,and thus regulates bone growth and metabolism.T lymphocyte is an important immune cell.Intestinal flora has an important influence on the development and differentiation of T lymphocyte.T lymphocytes can affect bone homeostasis in human body.So is there a relationship among intestinal flora,T cells and bone metabolism?This paper analyzes the mechanism of intestinal flora regulating bone metabolism through T cell pathway,and provides a new way to reveal the specific pathway of intestinal flora affecting bone metabolism.
