摘要：肠易激综合征属于胃肠功能紊乱性疾病,病情常反复发作,缠绵难愈,迄今现代医学对其治疗尚无特效药,中医将其归属于“泄泻”范畴,病位主要在肠,与脾(胃)关系密切,王道坤教授认为脾(阳)气虚弱、气化无权、湿浊内盛为其主要病机,治宜补益脾(阳)气以化湿浊,以自拟温中止泻汤加减治疗,同时兼以情志疏导、饮食指导等多种疗法,常获佳效文章对王师运用温中止泻汤治疗肠易激综合征经验进行总结.
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)belongs to gastrointestinal dysfunction disease,which often occurs repeatedly and is difficult to heal.So far,there is no specific medicine for its treatment in modern medicine.TCM classifies IBS as"dianhea".The location of IBS is mainly in the intestine,which is closely related to the spleen(stomach).Professor Wang Daokun believes that the main pathogenesis of IBS is weakness of spleen(yang),lack of Qi power,and excessive dampness and turbidity.Qi is used to remove dampness and turbidity,and self-made Wenzhixir Decoction is added or subtracted.At the same time,many kinds of therapies,such as emotional counseling and dietary guidance,are often effective.This article summarizes Wang Shis experience in treating initable bowel syndrome with W enzhong Zhixie Decoction.
