摘要：目的观察平胃消导胶囊对功能性消化不良(FD)模型大鼠胃动力的作用机制。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,多潘立酮组,平胃消导胶囊大、中、小剂量组。除空白组外其余各组用夹尾激怒法复制FD大鼠模型,连续给药7天后,观察各组大鼠胃窦消化间期综合肌电(IMC)、慢波频率变异系数、异常节律指数和胃排空率。结果与模型组比较,多潘立酮组及平胃消导胶囊各剂量组IMC周期缩短、相时程延长、相发生率增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),慢波频率变异系数和异常节律指数明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),胃排空率提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在提高相发生率方面平胃消导胶囊大剂量组优于多潘立酮组及平胃消导胶囊小剂量组(P<0.05)。在改善慢波频率变异系数及提高胃排空率方面平胃消导胶囊大剂量组亦优于小剂量组(P<0.05)。结论平胃消导胶囊可增强FD模型大鼠胃电活动,促进胃排空,改善胃电节律失常状况,大剂量治疗效果更好。
Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Pingwei Xiaodao Capsule （Capsule for functional dyspepsia） on the gastric motility of functional dyspepsia （FD） model rats.Methods Totally 60 wistar rats were randomized into a blank control group （normal group）,model group,domperidone group,Pingwei Xiaodao Capsule large,medium,and small dosage groups.Except for the normal group,the rats of all other groups were irritated by clamping tails for making FD models.Then,the treatment was given for 7 days.The comparative observation was carried out on the gastric interdigestive myoelectric complex （IMC）,slow wave frequency variation coefficient,abnormal rhythm index,and gastric emptying rate of all groups.Results Compared with the model group,the IMC period of domperidone group and all Pingwei Xiaodao Capsule groups was shortened,phase Ⅲ prolonged,incidence of phase Ⅲ increased（P0.05 or P0.01）,slow wave frequency variation coefficient and abnormal rhythm index significantly improved （P0.05 or P0.01）,and gastric emptying rate increased （P0.05 or P0.01）.On increase of the phase Ⅲ incidence,the effect of Pingwei Xiaodao Capsule large dosage group was better than that of the domperidone group and the Pingwei Xiaodao Capsule small dosage group （P0.05）.On improvement of slow wave frequency variation coefficient and increase of gastric emptying rate,the effect of Pingwei Xiaodao Capsule large dosage group was better than that of the small dosage group （P0.05）.Conclusion Pingwei Xiaodao Capsule can strengthen the gastric myoelectric activities,promote the gastric emptying and improve the abnormal gastric electric rhythm.The better effect was found in the large dosage group.
