摘要:目的:观察当归黄芪醇提物(EE)与水提物(WE)对博来霉素(bleomycin,BLM)所致大鼠肺间质纤维化模型的干预作用。方法:采用BLM气道注入法复制实验性大鼠肺纤维化模型,运用形态计量学方法及肺组织羟脯氨酸(hydroxyproline,Hyp)含量变化动态评价EE和WE对大鼠肺纤维化的干预作用。结果:EE和WE均能改善BLM所致大鼠肺纤维化组织形态,且肺指数及肺泡炎HE染色分级评分均降低,组织中胶原纤维面积减少,肺组织Hyp含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:EE和WE均能减慢实验性大鼠肺间质纤维化的进程,对肺间质纤维化早期具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of ethanol extract from Radix Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali (EE) and water extract from Radix Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali (WE) on bleomycin (BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods:Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by intratracheal injection of BLM in rats. The morphometry and lung tissue hydroxyproline (Hyp) content were adapted to dynamically evaluate the effects of EE and WE on pulmonary fibrosis. Results:Compared with fibrosis control,EE and WE significantly decreased both the area of collagen fibers and the extent of alveolus inflammation (P〈0.05),and decreased both the content of Hyp in lung tissue and lung index (P〈0.05). Conclusion:EE and WE alleviate the process of rat pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin,and has a protective effect on pulmonary fibrosis in rats in the early period.
