摘要：胃食管反流病(Gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)发病率高、症状杂、易诊断难治疗、容易复发,是常见的消化道疾病之一。针对GERD的治疗,现代医学已有大量的技术和药物应用于临床,为后期GERD的治疗奠定了坚实的基础。然而随着人们生活水平的提高,生活方式的改变,病情变得越加复杂,发病率增高,西医治疗已变的单一、低效。中医药文化作为中国的传统文化深受国家的重视和大力扶持,因此,中西医结合治疗逐渐广泛应用于临床,疗效高,不良反应小,预后好,进一步提高GERD患者的生活质量。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is one of the common digestive tract diseases with high incidence,various symptoms,easy diagnosis and treatment,and easy recurrence.For the treatment of GERD,a large number of techniques and drugs have been used in clinical practice in modern medicine,which lays a solid foundation for the treatment of GERD in the later stage.However,with the improvement of people’s living standards and the change of life style,the disease has become more and more complex,the incidence rate is increasing,and the treatment of western medicine has become single and inefficient.Traditional Chinese medicine,as a traditional Chinese culture,is highly valued and strongly supported by the state.Therefore,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is gradually widely used in clinical practice,with high efficacy,few side effects and good prognosis,further improving the quality of life of GERD patients.
