摘要：目的观察温通针法治疗原发性视网膜色素变性的临床疗效。方法 13例原发性视网膜色素变性患者予风池穴温通针法配合远端配穴及头皮针治疗,隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗前后行视力、视野检查,评价疗效。结果治疗3个疗程后患者视力较治疗前普遍提高,视力疗效:显效12只眼(46.15%),有效8只眼(30.77%),无效6只眼(23.08%),总有效率为76.92%。同期视野平均光敏感度(MS)及平均缺损(MD)均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),模式标准差(PSD)未见明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗后随访至6个月时,视力下降4只眼,视力构成及视野MS、MD、PSD均较治疗结束时无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论温通针法治疗原发性视网膜色素变性可提高视力,扩大视野,对延缓或控制病情发展有一定疗效。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect on warming-unblocking acupuncture treat-ment for primary retinitis pigmentosa. METHODS Thirteen patients with primary retinitis pigmentosa were treated with warming-unblocking acupuncture on point Fengchi （GB20）, the distal acupoints and scalp needle were used at the same time. Once every other day, ten times made one course. Three courses of treatments were accepted. Vision and visual field were detected before and after treatments. RESULTS After 3 courses of treatment, the patients＇ eye-sight was generally improved than before treatment. Eyesight effect：markedly effective in 12 eyes （46.15%）, effec-tive in 8 eyes （30.77%）, invalid in 6 eyes （23.08%）, the total effect of eyesight was 76.92%. The mean sensitivity （MS） and the mean defect （MD） were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.05）, but the pattern standard de-viation （PSD） did not have obvious change （P〉0.05）. There were 4 eyes with vision decreasing in the later 6 mouths. Visual composition and MS, MD, PSD of visual field were not significantly changed in the later 6 mouths （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Warming-unblocking acupuncture treatment for the primary retinitis pigmentosa could im-prove vision, expand horizon and have certain effects on delaying or controlling the progression of the disease.
