摘要：中医药基于辨证施治理论防治骨质疏松症取得了明确的临床疗效,但其治疗机制尚未得到明确阐述。病证结合动物模型是探索中医药防治该病相关机制的重要桥梁。文章通过对目前基于病证结合模式下的骨质疏松症实验动物模型的构建方法、存在问题进行总结、评述,认为学者们可借助现代科学技术交叉助力模型构建,深入研究病与证之间的联系,充分结合宏观症状与微观指标,更好地阐释中医证型现代化理论,总结病证结合模型规范化、标准化构建思路与评价体系,使病证结合模型成为研究中医药防治该病机制理想载体的保证。
Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved relatively clear clinical efficacy in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,but its treatment mechanism has not been clearly described.The animal model of the combination of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is an important bridge to explore the relevant mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.By reviewing and summarizing the construction methods and existing problems of osteoporosis experimental animal model based on the combination of disease and syndrome mode,this paper believes that scholars can use the cross assistance of modern science and technology to build the model,deeply study the relationship between disease and syndrome,better explain the modernization theory of TCM syndrome type,fully combine macro symptoms and micro indicators,and summarize the standardization of disease and syndrome combination model.The standardized construction of ideas and evaluation system is the guarantee for the combination model of disease and syndrome to become an ideal carrier for the study of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatmentof thedisease.
